Thought I'd take a break to post this. Almost through stat gain in the Sandworm lair; after I gain one more Int, I'll drop through Mordor for the quests. I'm at 1% fail for most stuff, so that extra point would be useful.

I picked Dunadan for regeration (works on hp and mp) with an Int bonus, and Vampire for the extra hit dice and resists.

i've run into 2 shop levels so far. One in the orc cave, with only a boot store, and the other at level 45 of the Sacred Land Of Mountains, which I entered to read a stolen scroll of *Aquirement*. That level has a potion store, and a speed ring shop, which I am currently banned from.

My spellbinder (two healings) triggered when he used the hand of doom the first time, but I was never in serious danger.
