Here she is.. or he, after stepping on a masculinity trap. Possessor monk. I just had to get my hands on something and the first victim was a lizard king. Should have checked its life rating beforehand. If I would have done that I'd still be playing hobbit monk. I had to run all the way to Angband to find something better to possess. Got mature dragon with a little more HP than lizard king, but still not enough. Then found storm giant which had even more HP than a dragon but I wanted more. Now I'm stuck with this since I don't think I can handle Hru's which infest the first Angband level. Don't know if quest monsters drop corpses. Just have to complete the last few levels of Mirkwood and see if Mordor gives some ancient dragons/greater wyrms. That is if I can kill one of them.

Should I keep Eol, switch to available Marilith or go for Ancalagon of Glaurung?

Quite easy going.. Possessed Eol and Mordor will soon be over. Have to get few levels until I can go to Erebor. Did some calculations and I have almost 120% change of dodging level 50 monster. Plus Eol's reflection which covers the rest since my bolt attack dodging is below 100%.

Got a FF quest for 45 lesser balrogs. They are pretty tough, especially when they can breath fire and almost get me killed with one breath. But they are giving out so many artifacts I just have to beat them (8 down, 6 artifacts). Nice thing I noticed is that monk can dodge their fiery sheath damage. :D Almost died when teleport junkart didn't activate properly. It was maybe a tenth time that succeeded. There were 4 balrogs, erinyes, barbazu and bunch of lesser demons around me.

Killed Glaurung. It was hell to get up to 72'. Glaurung was quite easy since he could be blinded. Blind, beat, blind, beat, and so on. Took about 15 min real time to do that. Not too many resistances. Actually he is quite a disappointment. Didn't even drop anything but his corpse, but that's better than nothing.

Whew! Got a quest for 18 Hru's. It was a small level. I thought I was a goner but when I got surrounded by 6 Hru's they never hit me. I don't even have to dodge cause they can't get past my AC.. strange, since it's only 185.

I'll have to reserve one ring slot for a ring of FEAR RESISTANCE. >:( Can there be anything as useless as that. But still I find myself too many times running away until fear ends.

Had to go and kill Minotaur of the Labyrinth just to get something with fear resistance so I could take on Maeglin. He was much easier than I remembered. Summoned Fundin to my aid and Khaműl to his. Now I have bodies of both Fundin and Maeglin. Don't know if I should possess one of them. Maybe not. Found also a ring of fear resistance.

She died.. Went down the stairs in full health. Bunch of water hounds were waiting for me and I didn't get to do anything before they started blasting me with their water guns. I was immediately knocked down. First time I see that message and then watched how they took my life. If I would have had even one turn.. Well, I'm going to get my revenge. I'm going to go on a crusade against water hounds.

I'm with you on that crusade. I'm going to widen mine to hounds of all types, though. What the hell, I'm more of a cat person, anyhow ;)
