Tried a different tactic with this Lost Soul, with decent success. Didn't try to move up through the Halls at all - just stayed at the bottom until I had a staff of probability travel and whatever stuff I could find. Then just used the staff to shoot up to the top and out.

Does anyone know how to get the holy trinity? I want the The Mage Staff of Eternity????

I'm afraid I know nothing about either the trinity or the staff. I've yet to make it to the bottom of Mordor, let alone worry about post-winning play. ;-)

So did Hoarmurath of Dir run home and get his spare Ring of Power, or did he steal one from one of the other ringwraiths?

Hee hee... Ren the Unclean had to go home and ask daddy for a new ring, too. I think that's hilarious, that they come back with a new Ring of Power.

Up to 13 rings of power now, Dwar and Ren having lost 3 each. I wouldn't like to be them going back to Sauron to ask for a new one.

A very interesting level at Mt. Doom. Beat the Tarrasque and three ringwraiths, then had a melee of epic proportions between myself and my pets, and Azriel, The Mouth of Sauron, and their summons (I've posted a screenshot of The Mouth about to speak his last, and of my army after it is all over). Now, with the new trinkets I've picked up (including the three new Rings for my collection) I need to take a break and reconsider my equipment.

My lovely vampiric, chaotic, artifact demonblade finally was lost to a ringwraith, after killing 19. May this blade serve me as well! Finally found a good little amulet with RBlind, so have made a bit of an equipment change to use the artifact GDSM I picked up in the aftermath of the battle of the Mouth, and Adunaphel's Ro+3 Attacks. I don't know how bad the experience loss is, but I think I can afford it.

I don't know what happened here. I was suddenly surrounded by things that I couldn't see, even with see invisible, or detect. The dump says I was killed by an eye druj, but all of the messages just said 'it'.

What are Beornings like at late levels. Cos I have never used one.... do you know what abilities they gain...? Or what they can turn into... Thanks

Sorry about the char though dude!

To tell you the truth, I never really used this character as a Beorning. There weren't any new abilities other than turning into bearform, and I always found that to be just a nuisance, so never used it.
