Get charm animal to the level where it becomes a ball of radius 1 by increasing prayer (and not higher). Go to the bree swamp. Charm a (3-headed) hydra. Follow it around while it fights the random monsters; if it goes for another hydra, charm that one, too. Continue till the swamp is clear of monsters except for charmed hydras (they stop chasing when that happens). Make a macro of charm animal, target the middle hydra of your pack.
