Someone please tell the RNG to give me a source of poison resistance!

I've not realized that he's one heck of a glass cannon, he only has 1200 HP and basically no resistances at all but moves at +60 speed and fires a rocket every time he gets a turn. Being unable to teleport away, I tried to spam healing potions but he did more damage per round than I could heal and so I died. In hindsight I should have done one of two things, and will do so the next time I encounter him: zap him with noxious cloud and then start healing while he's taking damage (rockets seem to be like breaths, so if the monster is damaged they deal less damage), or instantly take off the armor and teleport away. Well, next time I'll hopefully not be wearing something that prevents teleportation, so if I encounter him while not confident that he can't one-shot me, I'll teleport away and get the hell OFF the level. Of course he might also just catch me flat-footed and kill me in a single turn, but that's the life I guess...
