There are some obvious problems with a DM alchemist, but starting in Mandos helps. Another big help was getting the grow mold power, which combined with Flare let me hop onto piles of loot.

I thought my great hammer was resistant to Nazgul damage, but it got disenchanted (it had been somethnig like +35, +40). I had this problem before with an artifact based on a weapon of Westernesse.
