OK. This is the same Fooness character which I had earlier (exploiting a tome 210 bug) but he lost his uber-weapon 'Katana of Fooness' to a Ringwraith or grand master thief or something. To make up for it, we now have...
the Ring of Extremity! Really now, when you're being legit about your superitems, +10 attacks takes a long time to gain the experience for. (Hint: Go for the big D's, joining summoning parties in narrow corridors with lots of immunities and a vampiric weapon. Carry !oLife and ?oTeleportLevel for safety).
Any suggestions on what should be made into an artifact next? I'm sort of thinking the elven boots +9 would be good (increase their power, even), or maybe I can edit the powers on Cubragol... :)

Eventually he'll do summons, hopefully at least one of which is higher, which will in turn summon Balrogs, and then it's easy XP from there. A word of note though: You want to do this in LoM... in Angband they pulverize the walls, so you get surrounded quickly, which isn't happy.

See? Easy! Go from level 20 to Max XP without having to leave LoM!
