It took 36 attempts before I had a Paladin survive long enough to get to safe depth as a Lost Soul, but heck - things are looking up now one did. I thought the Rod Tip of Home Summoning probably wouldn't work (as I don't have a home yet) and just chucked it on the first rod I found lying around - turns out it does work... I'm tempted to stay in Mandos now for a while longer. Best find so far has been the Long Bow x7.
