I'm currently cleaning Cirith Ungol and it's pretty easy with all the artifacts I have. My only concern is that I'm fated to die on level 50. Is there a way to avoid this terrible fate?

Death fates 'can' be overcome. Bring along several companion GWOPs, 99 !oDetonations, plus a Master Quylthug Symbiote and a Cloak of Mimicry(Vala) of Immunity, and you should be ready.
