Melkor worshipping mage with melee, in the end piety was high enough to pray for auto-curse against stronger opponents, fire and occassional water attack spells. Nice eq from orc caves and the maze, (for a mage) good hp from petty-dwarf and vampire. All resistances, see invisible etc covered, but... not retreating fast enough into the tress during spider quest. Sneaking on those spiders and meleeing them one by one until I met an Elder. Killed him with magic, and *needed* just *one* more spell to finish those others. Damn curse which took me from around 100 hp to -2hp(!), stupid me for not retreating.
