You could use some skill points to boost Spirituality and Stealth. Or, if you want to be different, you can crank Air to 50 for the void, so you don't need a new cloak.

Randart helmets sometimes have water breathing for the ruins.

The Gauntlets of Eol look like Gauntlets [3] on the map instead of Gauntlets [2]. So, they are really easy to spot. Are they new too?
