1) Water Bite. I'm getting 41 damage per blow from it, in a radius of 1 around the target. If I could find one of those rings of high speed plus multiple attacks, I'd wear it in a heartbeat.

2) I get the whole water school, albeit not at high levels. I can cast Tidal Wave, for example. In the mid-game I made use of Tidal Wave plus archery quite a bit.

3) I get the first three earth spells, including Stone Prison, albeit not in the "projectable at a target" form, and not at a good failure rate. (Depending on my INT, from equipment, I get about 25% to 45% failure on it.) Still, it's tremendously useful against packs of hounds, summoners, etc. I can also create trees for line of sight disruption sometimes.

4) I can cast Healing, at 5% failure, for (currently) about 360 points of HP recovery. And I can recover lost stats (but not lost experience points -- spell level isn't high enough).
