I have considered taking this character into the Void. All of my other *winners* were Sorcerors who cast Genocide at every opportunity. This one doesn't have Genocide, but it has more hit points and has the DM powers, which are great in the Void.

I have played DM sorcerors many times, and I am used to the movement. At high levels it is easier than regular movement because of directed teleport and because blinking doesn't activate traps.
