What's left to do now is mainly creating the various spell effect tiles, such as directional bolts, magic missile etc and hobbit/human female player tiles. Based on this, I should have a complete 64x64 tileset by tomorrow evening *phew*.
I gotta say it's nice to see female characters wearing armor that actually covers them instead of looking like it would be more appropriate at the beach.

These are beautiful work! I've always been an ascii purist (including # walls) but these could convert me especially on a giant monitor.
They'd be great as tokens for something like d&d via maptools (which I use for a weekly online game of the pen and paper)
Thanks for commenting! I'm sure the angband programmers will include a 32x32 pixel mode also, in addition to the 64x64 pixel mode, making it easy to play with these tiles on a midsize screen.
