Hell Yeah!!! I got The One Ring from Shelob in Cirith Ungol! That's a first for me. I guess that's what I get for being named, "King Nothing."

Updated big time...

I finished the Invasion of Gondolin, the Last Alliance, and "Death Fate" quests without too much difficulty. At the Invasion of Gondolin, Maeglin was a joke. I summoned some higher ancient dragons and he was dead in no time. Major artifacts were the Ring of Flare, the Crumpled Scroll of Mass Resurrection, Cubragol, and Evenstar. After this, I checked out the "Death Fate" quest (at dungeon lvl 1) and it was cakewalk. All I saw was Azriel, the Angel of Death and a Draconic Quythulg. I entered it with 3 GWoPs and those two monsters were dead in a flash. Yay! After that, I had to dismiss my companions to successfully finish the "death fate" quest. The Last Alliance quest was interesting. Long story kept short, when I finished this quest, the place was overloaded with so many artifacts (standard and random) that I ran of *Identify* scrolls and of course I couldn't bring everything home. In the end, these were my keepers (major ones): Ring of Precognition, Lebohaum, Mormegil, Zarcuthra, etc. The quest level was also a farming ground for summoning Ancient Dragons. Lo and behold, one of those Great Wyrms summoned Ancalagon the Black, who I managed to kill and get a body. And guess whose body I'm using now... ;)

Finished all of the princess and lost sword quests in Barrow-Downs. And then, I did five more in Mirkwood. After that, I tried to create a char dump file but the game crashed to desktop (CTD). Luckily, I saved just after doing the Barrow-Downs quests and hopefully didn't lose anything too special in Mirkwood.

As far as I know, this bug (above) occurs when you complete <10 lost sword quests, but >10 princess quests. The only workaround is to complete more lost sword quests before creating the char dump. Yes, this is a known bug (http://wiki.t-o-m-e.net/BugReport915). That being said, I'll need some more lost sword quests sooner or later.

I also will need to do those five quests in Mirkwood all over. Until then, this character might not be updated for a while.

The moral of the story: please count the # of princess quests and # of lost sword quests that you have completed!

Well, this character might not be updated until I get more lost sword quests. :)

Finally, after five lost sword quests I get to create char dumps without crashing. Hopefully, it doesn't happen anymore...

Anyways, nothing too special yet, except for my Monster-lore skill level which is close to 30.000 thanks to the Lost Sword quests. I just finished ten princess quests and five lost sword quests (as stated above) in Mirkwood. I also killed Golgarach, the Living Rock at the bottom of the Heart of the Earth. Other than that, it's time for more princess/lost sword quests.

Done with Mirkwood. Noteworthy artifact: The Spear of Orome. I also boosted my Combat to 32.800 and Weaponmastery to 10.900 through the Lost Sword quests alone. Now, moving on to Mordor... Half of it (levels 34-49) was already completed before Mirkwood.
