Even 1 pound of worn armor pretty much makes dodging useless. You could consider wearing that cloak, but thats it. Any more, and you can as well go full armor.

As it is, dodging is a bit weak. Monks (and assassins) are better off wearing armor and spending their skillpoints elsewhere rather than on dodging.
Iirc extra attacks wont work for unarmed combat, nor +damage. Only +to hit applies.
