Can't decide between the boots of speed and the boots with nether resist... I've been looking through the ladder, and many dwarf priests get taken out by Dracoliches around these levels!

Nether wouldn't be the reason to swap boots. Just stay away from Dracolisks. You can't rely on rNether anyway as it doesn't necessarily cut the damage by much. Going from +13 to +20 speed is much more important than rNether. Confusion, on the other hand is a big deal. If I've done the math correctly, your save is perfect (but check it yourself, I may have made a mistake). But if you melee a Greater Titan you are going to have a problem, particularly since you have no !CCW and no means of escape that you can use while confused.

I'd wear the BoS. Dracolisks aren't worth messing with anyway with your stats and kit. Just stay away from Dracolisks and Titans. Mainly you need Con. A ɡood ring of Con would be much more useful than the ring of Dex. If you finished gaining Con and wore a ring of Con (+6) you would be maxed out with your current kit- that would be worth a lot of HP. HP is a much better protection against the high attacks than the high resists are. Speed is also important- double moves are not good.

Errm, sorry- should be dracoliches. But with those HP you want to stay away fom the dracolisks too.

Thanks for the advice! I went with the boots of speed, found a ring of +5 Con, and ring of Barahir to give poison resist, +1 all stats. Things are going well, but avoiding Titans.

Also found a Greater Vault "The Reward Is Worth It", managed to (eventually) clear it out, and found a couple nice artifacts... Bow of Amras, Arkenstone

My first level 50 character! Never been this far before, so I'm not sure what if anything I need to work on before trying to finish the game...

Don't let your stuff get disenchanted that badly :P

Stock up about a dozen !speed and I'd say you're ready for the final. Kill all of the dangerous uniques first though.
