I guess the code is quite close to permitting friendly uniques, but I have no clue what surprises Andrew brews for us in this respect. For now, all uniques are hostile (though Maggot attacks only verbally).

BTW., the LOTR ways is harder (the description of the bridge and the road suggests that), just as the Farm is harder (you learn it yourself:).

Actually that line is still bugged, as I went a bit further down than level 7, probably to level 11 as shown in the first part of the dump.

And it's nice to know that you can't meat any friendlies, Maggot fooled me there with his verbal attacks. So I'll be extra cautious should I ever reach Rivendell, don't want to know what Elrond can do to me ;)
