I normally don't care much about ladders and rankings and such, but as this is my first legitimate winning character (legitimate as in I didn't back up the save file and reload it when things got bad), I felt the need to post it. Even though Jedi are fairly easy to play, I feel proud that I finally was able to complete an Angband variant (especially after almost dying from stupid things like not carrying enough food with me mid-game).

I've started taking this character into the Void, but on the first level of it he's getting his butt kicked by chain-summoners. There were at least two uniques that just would not stop summoning other powerful summoners, and I'm at a loss since I haven't found the stairs yet. I might just leave it like that since I've already accomplished what I set out to do, but if I feel a little more confident later I may give it another go. Perhaps I'll try the bugfix version in the meantime.

Alchemy is something I try to get with any of my characters; I just like the ability to craft my own items. Though I didn't use it much for this character, I found it very useful in making the potions of corruption so that I could get all of the corruptions. Being able to eat rock in the dungeons and being able to vampiric drain my enemies helped me out of quite a few spots.
