One skill point away from level 50 in your primary skill (Polearm-mastery)? Ouch. That's one whole blow/round you're missing. And you can't get that from FF either.

Well it was either that or be 1 skill point short of Arms Mimicry. But I found a randart polearm that has +3 extra attacks that I'm wielding alongside my vampiric polearm..So I'm not crying about missing 1 blow/round when I'm gaining 3. ;-)

Oh yeah...Further update:

I hightailed it out of Mt. Doom, just wasnt ready for it yet. Back down into Angband. Hoping, praying for either Glaive of Pain or Trident of Ulmo.

And so ends the journey of Sky...

End Game Notable:

Usually when I see Morgoth approaching I prepare by casting Divine Aim, Adrenaline Channeling, Stone Skiin, etc...but when your extra arms disappear and 1 weapon, 1 set of gloves and 1 shield fall to the ground, it was all I could do to scoop them up and teleport away. And by that time he had already summoned 2 Nazgul to his aid. The Rohan Knights' Lightspeed Jump, thaumatugy's Wall Creation and plenty of healing helped deal with the threats and once I regrew my 2nd set of arms and re-equipped I was good to go again. Used the Rod of Home Summoning to grab the Demon Sword of Gothmog from Bree to dispatch the Nazgul afterwards.

Polearmmasters are a fun class. Pity that so few people try them.

I think I'll try an axemaster next, only in Theme this time since axemasters get some extra lovin' compared to ToME.

Thanks for reading. ^_^
