Attack rod tips are pretty much worthless, IMHO -- sell. Sell all Spectral items, the Mage Staff (+0,+0) (those are worthless), Dragon Mail (too heavy), Dwarven cap, etc.

Basically, the idea when it comes to weapons, if you are not playing a melee character, is to max your mana and/or spellpower, or, barring that, get some decent resists and/or activations. Sell all those Slay and *Slay* weapons, etc. Maedhros is far better than Rilia, and your bow beats Maggot's sling hands down.

If you're actively using that bow, enchant up your arrows, or, better yet, find some better arrows.
