Oh and getting to 25 is really easy by way of hockey sticking summoned s-es in PotD. You just need to find a safe place to do so.

For prayer I was thinking of letting god quests do a bunch of the work, but IDK if that's actually worth it for a build where I'll get like 2.5 points of Prayer for every (difficult, dangerous, annoying) artifact retrieved.
