The + to throw just indicates the weapon avoids the throwing penalties. I.E. it can be thrown at longer ranges and such. It does not improve your throwing ability.

The Fae Pathways power is currently described as Level 1, Cost 7, Fail 17%. But it only consumes 5 SP each use.

My throwing range is only 2 squares, so I normally use '.' to target closest. For some reason, when given the following options, rather than targeting an enemy 2 squares away diagonally (within range), it targets an enemy 3 squares away, in a straight line (out of range).
