My first lost soul that reaches the surface. Aside from that, the only event worth mentioning is meeting the Tarrasque in the Maeglin quest (summoned by Maeglin), far before it usually appears. When I saw it, I thought the game was lost. Instead, it wasn't. It took a couple of potions of restore mana, if I remember correctly, but at last I killed it.

And now, into the void. It's only the second time I try the void (the first time, my character stepped on a trap which I forgot to detect during the journey back from the nether realm, with only a couple of levels left before reaching the void). I think this time I'll be double cautious with traps!

At any rate, I nearly failed, again because of traps: I got hit twice: once in the Nether Realm (saved by the Blood of Life) and once in the Void (didn't deal much damage). I also lost Narya, I think because I pressed keys a bit too faster and the 't' of 'target' become the 't' of 'take off'.

Melkor himself wasn't difficult at all to deal with: he only tried once a mana storm, but the only effect was to trigger the spellbinder, which replenished my HP and summoned once greater demons, which I teleported away. For the rest, I enclosed myself in a Stone Prison to avoid being surrounded, removed a side and started with manathrusts. He tried to approach me, but when he was a square away, I used phase door to get away and restarted attacking.
