You can buy scrolls of enchant armor to buff up your boots of speed and other equipment up to +9 and sometimes more.

I think your current selection of equipment from what you have is just fine. You might want to consider this kit:
Holhenneth Helm
Mithril Plate of Celeborn
The weaker helm covers your confusion and grants blindness resist and lets you wear celeborn which prevents your items from being disenchanted and gives you the super nifty activate for banishment

Consider wearing The Mithril Plate Mail of Celeborn, it's activation is suberb. When ESP shows something extra nasty, you can banish them. (Like pack of ather hounds, undead beholder, black reavers, angel uniques escort, etc.)

Also, you might consider carrying Aeglos as swap for undead, *slay* undead does some really serious damage.

Sell these other gloves/gauntlets you have, you won't wear them. Also sell RoS(+2), Beruthiel, bolts and that defender broad sword from home. Wearing Carlammas would boots your con to 18/220, you'd gain some 50 or more hp, but lose restore and hold life. Tough choise. And don't carry that !oLife around. Store !o*Healing*, !oLife, and ?o(Mass)Banish to home, make free space for them by selling junk.
