This one comes at the end of several failed attempts, however; having 36 HP at level 30 is no fun. Spent a good long time in the Sandworm Lair getting the character to the point where he could survive elsewhere; consequently, most of his items originate from there.

I used to think the Sandworm Lair was kind of scummy; great items, little risk. But if you've got Z monsters on, it actually becomes pretty difficult, what with all the Chthonians, Dholes, and Shudde roaming around (Shudde is MUCH harder than the Sandworm Queen). But I won through in the end.

For those of you who are wondering, yes, I'm still officially on break from ToME, but I've been kinda bored recently and one more character can't hurt ;)

Oh yeah, and the character is level 50 now (still not done with Mordor due to the Yeek's insane advancement system). Doing pretty well... looks like a winner.

Judicious use of Genocide made the last levels of Angband pretty easy, though Undead Form had to bail me out on at least three occasions.

This is my first character to ever find one of those rings of Extra Attacks +9 (or so), so I guess they do exist in my version. Lot of use they are for a Sorcerer, though :) But I don't think I would use them anyway, on principle if nothing else.

Looking for Gauntlets of Eol and perhaps some better body armor in Angband now before heading to the Void. I've already found several Cloaks of Air in Angband vaults.
