    It does extra damage from acid, 
    electricity, fire and frost.  It poisons your foes.  It cannot be

    You found it in the remains of an Ancient white dragon on level 43 of
    Mordor.

So I see you rounded out your resistances... that's good. You only lack Blindness, but that's not too important. A boost to hit/dam would probably be welcome... once you get Boots of Speed (or Ringil) you can ditch that Ring of Speed for one of Slaying or something.

As for ToME, you might be back sooner than you think. The game's a lot like hard liquor--first it kind of makes you vomit, but after a while you're staying home and drinking/playing it in the dark--or sneaking sips/games when your employer isn't looking.
