Got to say in Sangband, I absolutely hate Storm Crows, one of the most annoying creatures to face.

To me they're Leon's second-worst invention. The Lucksucker is the worst for two reasons: (i) I hate unrecoverable mechanics (you cannot gain or regain luck except by waiting) and (ii) I absolutely hate the "faster than you" mechanic. Ugh.

Where they the ones with the gravity type attack that knocked you around? If so I agree.

Oh yeah....the wind buffets you around, they knock you around all over the place, like you were in a hurricane, extreemly hard to fight unless you have a good long range weapon, like a bow or spell. I commonly play priests in wich case I usually Orb of drain them.

Who are you the forum watchman? This is a most hated monsters thread, and some joking among the forums are fun,friendly, and a good way to make friends with fellow angband players out there.

Just ignore dos350. He rarely even write properly, so don't expect to read anything coherent from him regarding the game. It is quite surprising that there are now two of his messages in this thread without strange excess "e", "~" or other punctuation.

Well, it is a "most hated monster" -thread. OTOH, I do find Neo with his different incarnations a lot more annoying. Luckily he isn't here.

For anyone not getting the in-joke, Neo was a long-term denizen of rgra, but was very very fond of nymshifting. Often his latest incarnation would remain undetected for several days, until it got involved in an argument with someone and ended up using that immortal phrase.
