I'm not sure whether I really finished clearing it.

I just did some digging to clear a pile of rubble:

    'You have removed the rubble.
    You have found something!
    You see 13 Rounded Pebbles (1d2) (+0+0).'

I'm not sure whether this really counts as clearing the rubble, or if it does, how I even noticed these pebbles when I cleared it.

Or that it took your 50 turns to clear 13 pebbles

You hit Lugdush, the Uruk. It was a great hit!
You have slain Lugdush, the Uruk.
Lugdush, the Uruk is no longer afraid.

The sling you get in reward is sure to be useful.

A funny thought occurred to me. If you don't kill Farmer Maggot before the endgame, does he get summoned by Morgoth?

I was thinking of sparing him this game but I really needed a good drop, and he provided a shield of elvenkind that was quite useful at the time.
Oh you icky things, don't you know you're driving your mamas and papas insane…

                I grinned on this one:
                Code:
You have a scroll titled "veto me".
You have no curses to remove.
You have a scroll of *Remove curse*.
I was really hoping the name would be apropos. Of course the old *curse weapon* would be better.

No. Not ever. Even in older versions when you might get lucky with a unique troll and his entourage, Farmer Maggot was impossible. In more recent versions, you can't get weaker uniques at all.

That's probably for the best. I was imagining poor old Farmer Maggot, suddenly summoned to DL100 with a black reaver and a demilich or something, accosting a player by asking if they'd seen his dogs and everyone else just thinking, geez, Morgoth, where did you find this guy?

This happened in 4.2.1. Weird but makes sense.

I think I might frame this YASD.

Kobolds actually, or there were an unreasonable amount of them roaming around the level!
