At the moment I'm hanging around 3000', and looking for better books. The RNG is having a lot of fun, letting me find lots of necro and priest tomes and hiding Mordenkainen and Kelek :D

Now I have all resistances covered except for poison (but there's the spell) and disenchantment. Acid immunity is not so useful now, because things get destroyed anyway and the temporary resistance is sufficient to take little damage, so I'll swap Thorin out soon.

Still uncertain about the last specialty, but I think I'll go for attunement or heighten magic.

In the meanwhile, while clearing a pit of Ethereal Wyrms at 3500', I was down to 18 HP when 3 breathed darkness at the same time... and at the end, in the middle of the rubbish there was a shining Raal's!

Right now I'm dealing with a wyrm nest, full of GWoChaos and GWoLaw, and still lacking res disenchant. It's dangerous, but the reward should be nice.

What you see is the best configuration I could find: 18/160 INT, no telepathy, no resist poison/blindness/shards, +15 base speed... but a really good amount of HP!

Both Sauron and Morgoth were killed with Wands of Storms, with the help of Dimension Door, Teleport Other for the summons and a bit of LOS scumming.

Most dangerous opponent: Cantoras. Faster that me, resistant to everything, and able to cast two mana storms in a row.

Most useful book: Tenser's Transformations. With Enhance Magic, it gives +13 speed and +100 AC, plus resist confusion and blindness, better saving throw, and extra fast mana recovery. Invaluable.
