Ok, I'll finally say something about this character. My first one evey this deep, so I'm proceeding slowly, currently at 4600'. There's really not much more of interest, so I plan to dive to 4950' and take on Sauron. The ring of speed (+18) the best I've ever found, and helps enormously. Have killed 90 uniques. Does anyone know how many there are altogether?

There are 97 uniques, counting Sauron & Morgoth. Don't worry, though - if you don't find the remaining 5 uniques before 5000', Morgoth will be more than happy to summon them for you :-). Oh, and nice RoSpeed.

Nice to see someone else running a human priest. 8-) Awesome ring of speed, too. You don't find your spell failure rates too high when using an unblessed weapon like Durin? Or have you just been unlucky enough not to find any of the really good priest weapons, like Aule or the Great Axe of Eonwe?
