Intrinsic aggravation is a big problem at lower levels and would make it essentially impossible to play a Summoner, Symbiant, or other build that relies on pets.

No god means that a mage can never get Genocide, which my high level Sorcerors routinely use to clear out the riff-raff.

It also means that a fighter would not be able to use Curse or the Tulkas spells to improve combat. They would also have to fight everything at once because of aggravation.

Finally, the hp are terrible.
