It has been a while since I played ToME. I just took out the Wight-King already, this early. He's a tough cookie and hard to flank. Usually, I would be more prepared with Spellbooks of Essence of speed and Stone Skin. But instead of that, I decided to go for a raw showdown challenge. Most of the Wights weren't so bad. Emperor Wights were tricky. So, they had to be picked off. As for the Wight-King, the idea is the dance back-and-forth behind the mountains and keep distance. Fortunately, I was lucky and able to get about 3 good Manathrust hits to finish the Wight-King off. I also got a handful of nice loot from the Wight Grave quest, like the Amulets of Reflection and Anti-Teleportation. I was also lucky enough to get the Filthy Rag of the Wight that gave the +6 bonus to INT and Spell Power...Just what I needed!
