Well that was the most dangerous yet - found a death spore, attacked it, it did a ton of disenchanting of my best gear and took me down to 34 HP...

I finally used a teleport scroll and healed up.

Staff of remove curse - useless right? Cursed items seem to be removable... though I guess they might be useful for making cursed items more usable like that black dragon scale mail with a speed bonus... though I could just buy scrolls of remove curse.

Found an amulet of regeneration... that or aulet of searching +10...

This level is interesting, hundreds of mining spots and monsters...

Found gauntlets of Paurhach that have bonus regeneration - nice - but don't think I can use them because I have gauntlets of free action.

Also just found boots with free action but don't want to get rid of current boots because they have speed bonus.

So it's a pick between regeneration gauntlets and free action boots, or free action gauntlets and speed boots.

Cursed black dragon scale - +2 speed, but slow HP recovery. No thanks.

More named... Anduphel the Quiet... they're hard but got him with ccw/speed/slow monster.

Hm I'll look again. I checked there but didn't see it. Also not sure where the class help file is - text file in the directory?

No more rod of curing for sale. I found white dragon scale mail, but think I'll drop it.

Rod of healing (staff less so) is fantastic. You need to be careful--it'll habe a high fail rate for HT warrior. But it lets you save on healing potions, which new players tend to use more frequently.

I didn't have 60000 gold at the time - we'll see if it's still for sale.

Where would I see skills like immune to fear at level 30?

Maybe I could drop the rods of curing to rely on the potions...

They aren't always for sale, but you can use heroism instead. And soon enough you'll be resistant to fear in any case (warrior CL 30.)

Wait, warriors get CL 30 immunity to fear? How would I see that? He's 31 now, so I can drop the berserk strength potions I guess as a luxury.

Here's what I don't want to drop currently - stuff I'm taking to store in the house marked with *. I'll need to buy food/phase door.

Potions: CSW, CCW, healing
Scrolls: teleportation, teleport level*
Ten rods (I got rid of rod of a fire attack)
Staves: Detect Evil, teleportation, speed, unidentified*
Boots: stability*

Looking at that list, seeing three items to get stored and needing to buy two others, that again leaves one space for loot... When I want to carry the boots or the scrolls of teleport level, that'll leave no spots. Ya, 10 rods is a lot but each has a use I'd like...

Think it's worth spending 60000 gold on the staff of healing if it's still for sale? I found 2 scrolls I'm keeping using another inv slot in the meantime.

This inventory limit is a big part of the game time to deal with - up to 10 rods also.
