New angband.live server

Server *incredibly* laggy, takes like thirty seconds to log in and the even the text editor for this post took forever to initialize itself. Server may be having a meltdown within a day!

I did some googling and he is probably somewhere in the South and likely to be home in a month, then in 3 months head towards more northern waters.

Suspect undead processes on the webserver again, came around after being absent for a few days and it seems kind of laggy—nobody seems to know about any crashes though.
