So, I'm curious, so I'm trying the three skill challenge. Of course, I happen to agree with the other three skil winner on choices -- wrestling, magic devices, and spell resistance. You need some early potent offense (wrestling), some late-game offense (magic devices), and the ability to stay alive, which means spell resistance. I'm not sure I'll pump them all the way (I will surely have the xp, but I might want to score whore).

Recent additions include cloak of invisibility!!! and BlueDSM (both courtesy of Draebor). Also note the wand of LightnigBalls (which killed draebor, the cursed dodger).

I found armor of resistances, but it turned out to be nakedness, though luckily I didn't actually put it on. BlueDSM is upgrade of soft LA of Resist Elec.

I could really use a second inventory right about now. There are just so many devices worth carrying, and I'm kinda loaded down with other stuff.

Spellcasters splashing ball spells makes for a real pain, but I think I like the addition to the game. I just *really* hate dwarven priests. I mean, stop casting balls of light already!!!

Better invis cloak, now, and I have FA from wrestling, so the gloves of power are now an option again.

Carlammas was in the center of a "small but dangerous" lesser vault. I haven't gotten any use out of the activation yet, but I plan to.

The magic shop is great -- it just stocked a staff of power and a staff of banish evil. Also, it provided the wands of drain life and dragon's frost. It's a pity to id these by buying them, but xp isn't really goign to be an issue with this character, and the best defense is a good offense.


Looking pretty promising. I really with there were multiple inventories ... the real trouble is determining what to bring back.

Only 4 artifacts so far -- orcrist, elvagil, *calris*, and carlammas. I'm happy about the last one (it was my source of resist fire for a bit there), but I could really use some artifact armor of some kind or another. Nevrast would be greatly appreciated.
