(clevel:27, dlevel:36) Resistances are for wimps! And so are normal summons!

Of course, this strategy will probably get him, er, it, killed soon, but so far, so good. Summoning Uniques from true totems has generated hostile ones all the time so far, instead of just most of the time, as expected, so maybe that won't be a good strategy after all.

Nice saber of morgul, but...what exactly is your summoner...er...summoning right now?

That sabre was just horrible. Purity picked it up, un-IDed, of course, in late Mirkwood. Then on level 33 hit a trap of silent switching, which thoughtfully equipped it, filling Purity with the Black Breath. I didn't realize what had happened until Purity recalled back to Mirkwood. Tried Thunderlord-ing to the Barrow Downs (Purity had some Athelas stashed there), but the stairs up led back to Lothlorien. So Purity dumped all its' (stupid neuter gender makes pronouns annoying) gear in the Lothlorien house and walked, painfully back to Bree and ate the athelas, only to realize the sabre was heavily cursed and still attached. No *remove curse* in Bree, so the Black Breath kicked in again, and Purity walked to Gondolin. Thankfully, a *remove curse* scroll was for sale there, and the herbal healer took care of the Black Breath. A less than fond memory.

As for summoning, its pretty much just hostile uniques right now, which haven't been very helpful so far.
