Easiest win ever. I got a mid-level thaumaturgy spell of area/water that turned nearby squares into deep water. Most monsters, including high level uniques like Sauron and Morgoth, can't cross deep water. So I would make a trap with deep water, use Recall to put the monster into it, and stand somewhere where I could target it but it couldn't target me. I killed Saruman using only one Noxious CLoud spell and then waiting until he died. With Morgy I used NC, peppered him with Manabolt, and regenerated while he slowly died of poison.
