Surprise of the game was Itangast dropping Feanor. I've only seen them once before and that was in a GCV. They are a bit of a let down with only 10 speed in O variants, but a nice early find never-the-less.

I dragged the end game out a lot as the armour back home sustains all stats and has got good resists - if I could have found an Elvenkind shield with rPois I could have swapped for Himring and The Swan for big bonuses. Likewise if I had enough rElec on the shield I could have brought in the cloak of Aman for ridiculous AC. However despite dropping numerous GWoPs (first of my chars to see them as an opportunity rather than something to avoid) the right shield never arrived. In the end I decided to take on Morgoth, who was a bit of a let down really. Mana Burn made enough inroads early on that he never got around to summoning and I decided not to use any more ?RoPs once he broke the first one to make it more interesting. It wasn't.

I may continue this char into the depths in search of the perfect shield, but for now I should take enough look at the comp.
