Is it just me, or is the autosave function completely broken? If I manually save my character (Ctrl+S) then it loads fine. But any time Z+ does an autosave (such as when entering a new level), I cannot restore from that file. The application freezes or crashes when I attempt to load it. I lost a rather promising character this way The game crashed shortly after an autosave, and I lost the entire character because the savefile was corrupted.
EDIT: I tried to load the save in 0.3.2pre1, which says "Loading 0.3.1 savefile... Too many (800) object kinds! Ignoring extraneous info. Restoring Dungeon..." and then crashes with a "Assertion failed:in_bounds2((x), (y)) in file load.c on line 1608".
For what it's worth, I think the save in question was created when I was entering a certain quest level for the second time (ie I had fled it once before.)Last edited by d64; December 24, 2008, 03:07.Comment

Another case here.. When I try to load the .auto file the game immediately crashes. I'm running 0.3.1. Too bad because I too had played this guy for a couple of evenings.
