If Dave were to go presidential he'd definitely be a Bonzo. Daves spend most of their time confused, stunned, or both. I've had a run of nine consecutive CL20+ Daves, none of which have got beyond CL27. Next Dave up is LII!

Try plyaing lost soul mode: you can pick off a Mumak at cl 1 and get to cl 28 in about 5 minutes....

just found a potion of xp at dlevel 24, char level 22, 12k xp up to now +100k :-) now at level 29. Still feels somewhat of a mixed blessing, I feel I should dive quickly now, I would usually be a dlevel close to 50 at that level but my equipment is still garbage.

i don't think i've ever found an xp potion before already having a few hundred thousand. i always thought it'd be crazy that early though. say the RNG through one at you on dlvl/clvl 1. That's a good 20-25 levels or so. it'd be a crazy way to start a journey

DLVL of death?

Quite shallow... CL25, DL21. CL25 is normally the point at which I start getting ahead of myself, DL-wise. It was a couple of pesky Bats of Gorgoroth wot did the real damage.

Dave X *did* get to CL30 and got drolemed on DL41. He had his own moment of woah with BoS+7 at DL<20.

The absence of poison resistance has been the bane of many a Dave.

Dave XIV (high elf paladin) found Balance Dragon Scale Mail – I won't abbreviate it – and a RoS+8 before he'd hit CL20. And was then killed in mysterious circumstances by a bleedin' Ogre Mage.

Whoa followed by woe.

Hopefully Dave XV will be the first Dave to make it beyond CL30. I'm on a very bad run here!
