I just rolled up a kobold warrior on the latest nightly, and was excited to see all the changes (haven't played much since january). I was a bit disappointed though when I attacked a yellow mushroom patch and immediately was afraid, when the class description during character creation had "immune to fear" as the tag for warriors...is this merely a hint at an upcoming feature, or an omission in implementation?
Also two related thoughts - I like the numerical display of race/class benefits, but I think it'd be more helpful if, after choosing race, the class bonuses changed to reflect the choice of race. As it stands, to a new player it would possibly look as if the net effect of race+class is the same for each class, no matter which race is chosen.
On that same note - why numerical values in the race/class screen, but the old color-coded adjectives for the same attributes (good, fair, legendary, etc) in the character screen?
