"Resistance" to fear and blindness is currently considered a high resist even though there is no damage reduction. Now that MarbleDice has redone the bitflag code, it should be trivial to change them from high resists to abilities. Should we?
The biggest downside is that ESP would be less common on items with random abilities, but that would just roughly counteract the recent change that random abilities are guaranteed to be in addition to abilities already provided by the ego.
