Is there a reason dragon pits are so rare in comparison to undead pits? I would think there should be a more or less even balance between dragons and demons and undead.
Looking a bit, there are 7 kinds of dragon pits with rarity 6, so that makes the total comparison is just a bit more commone than rarity 1 IIUC.
The standard undead pit has rarity 1. However, the undead pit average depth 80 while the dragon pits are average depth 85, which surely makes undead pits more common.
Furthermore, there are lesser undead pits and vampire pits at much lower levels, each with rarity 1. Demons come in somewhere in the middle due to lesser demon pits.
Aside: While I was looking around, I noticed that the pits and nests declarations were each present 4 times in dungeon_profile.txt. Is that really intentional?
