New option for effective speed display

I made a PR to add a user option to display the effective speed of the player as a multiplier instead of as the straight numeric score. It's over here. Any feedback is welcome.

    Code:
Show effective speed as multiplier '[effective_speed]'
Instead of showing absolute speed modifier (e.g. 'Slow (-2)' or
'Fast (+38)'), show the effective rate at which the character is
      moving (e.g. 'Slow (x0.8)' or 'Fast (x4.1)').
On the character sheet, I made it show both versions of speed, with the one you've chosen as usual, and the alternative form in parenthesis. See the character dump here for an example of how that looks.

This sounds good enough to me that it should be made the default.

tbh it does, but the traditionalist in me insists that the default be the way that it's always been.

I might pull that in before 4.1.1; we'll see.

The way it's always been? It used to be that +1 meant double speed.

Eddieband works that way more or less: it shows Energy, which is 10x what you're showing.

The nice thing about the multiplier is it will teach new players (A) what the speed number means and (B) that speed increases are subject to diminishing returns after a point. It's extremely intuitive.
