Can you please retry now, both for competition and for regular ladder?

I have updated MariaDB for a dot-dot-one update because of a security fix, and it changed a lot of functional features too (*gasp*) including treating NULL values...

My chardump doesn't update in the competition page (angband.live nightly save file, SPHARAGAIN account).

Error message submitting the save file:

"Incorrect integer value: '' for column `angband`.`ladder`.`compo_rank_value` at row 1Dump copied successfully...

???????????????????? *clueless* ?????????????????????????????


EDIT: Trying to upload it to regular Ladder page gives:

@Gwarl Any chance you can peel off my Angband nightly save file and put in the files window for me? If that is even possible?

The delay/lag from my home is greatly detracting from my enjoyment and I now have the competition build running on my laptop.

I think angband.live is a fantastic creation, and clearly works great for most people, but alas, not for me at this time.

To the community in general...Are there wifi router settings that can help? I tried moving my laptop to 10 yards/line of sight to my access point and still not working very well.

I guess that means tiles aren't cached in the browser. You can always play with ASCII til issue is fixed.

I suspect the angband.live lag is only affecting vanilla and the vanilla nightly. It gets so bad that I can actually watch the screen drawing line by line. This happens when @ has ESP and is at depth wherein a large number of monsters are being checked for actions with each move. Painful.

Yeah, I just had to wait some time, it's working now. It's quite laggy though, and the walls are glitchy, how can I fix this?

EDIT: It was the dark tiles that weren't working, I just had to switch to the light ones.

I always have to bypass antivirus to open angband the first time in a new download of it. Since it's a trusted source for me (i.e., I trust Nick), I don't have a problem with it.
