Yikes. That's dedication. Unfortunately, it looks as if the spoiler files you're using are not quite accurate. Most of your information is correct, but the drops have all been redone. Also, for non-uniques, in many cases the HP information you have is off. For example, Great Wyrms of Many Colours now have a normal distribution of HP with mean 5000 and standard deviation 626.
You may want to start a character in a separate savefile and enter wizard mode with CTRL-a. After you acknowledge the warning question, you should be able to press " to generate spoilers. These derive from the data files that your version of the game uses, and so will be up to date. Make sure you don't do this with your current character, or it will be marked as a cheater and will not get registered in the high-score list.
Alternately, you can parse the files in the lib/edit directory.
