He's just about finished clearing everything west of Rivendell except for the tower. This is the first time for me that Tom Bombadil spawned in his cellar and he was impossible to kill down there. He wont sit still. Argh. Oh well, I'm a noob at Angband but I think I'm getting better. Is there a list of ways to use all the random stuff I find? I can't even figure out how to cook meat other than finding it when a fire breathing monster attacks. How do you drop meat on a fire? Do you have to stand on the fire?

Noob question: how do I overwrite this char dump instead of making a new one? As you can see, I already killed Botardin IV by not paying attention during an inglorious mele with the bear man.
