Headed over to the Woodman Village this time rather than going through the Misty Mountains again. Had quite an epic fight in Redhorn Pass involving a massive forest fire and a whole bunch of orcs. Probably going to attempt Mirkwood next.

Wow, your adventurer's intuition has led you via the best possible route to the Woodmen Village, the epic battle notwithstanding. Stick your head into the Mikwood Forest, before you finish exploring the Village, and you'll see what I mean. :)

Actually, what is "Style ss" at the top left?

Actually, you can loot the Storeroom. Each of the Woodmen had put something in it for you, to help you in clearing their village.

That's very strange about eh 'Style ss' thing. I chose bows at the beginning, so its probably a bug of some sort.

The Storeroom in the Woodmen Viallage doesn't have much of anything in it. I think a torch, potion of boldness, and a couple scrolls of detect curse or something. Am I missing something there?

Almost died and ran out of arrows (big surprise) in Mirkwood, so I decided to head over to the Midgewater Marshes for something a bit easier. Had to WOR from the bottom level of that because I once again ran out of arrows.

One thing I'd like to bring up is my chronic shortage of arrows. Its really gotten to the point where its making the game much less fun. I don't know if I'm just doing it wrong or if this is how its supposed to be, but if I could decide I would make the shops spawn them more frequently. Last couple dungeons I've had to leave early and go on a quest visiting every town I know looking for them, usually not finding any anyway. It would be great if I could make some of my own some way too.

You seem to getting as much extra shots and bow to_hit as the bows style should grant, so that's only display problem. To make sure, weak a sling or crossbow and see your number of shots diminish by 1.

The stingy villagers. :) Perhaps somebody could crank it up just a littile in the scripts (or code? I'm not sure)?

I don't remember such a shortage in 0.6.2. Do they appear, as before, both in General Store and in Weapon stores? Can you get a lot from arrow shooting monsters, as before (though it depended on dungeon)? Actually, the Flether's in the village should reallly have a lot of them, some even of the more advanced kind (though it might have been unbalancing). If your report is confirmed, it can be tweaked easily in the script files. Perhaps try some throwing instead, you are quite good at that, too, and your quiver is half-empty anyway.

I hope UnAndrew sees these our ramblings... :)
