I was doing the "Retrieve strange essence" quest from lothlorien mage, but Deathmold CAN NOT MOVE in that dungeon. All you get is "No teleport on special levels", including Word of Recall.

That's not a bug.
Deathmold's inherent movement, being a form of teleportation, doesn't work on no-teleport levels such as some of the quests. However, there are ways around this, such as using the Mimicry skill (if you have it) or Morphic Oils, which you've probably seen a few of.
